This newly built state-of- the-art oral surgery center in the greater Monterey peninsula was a blank slate. Our client wanted a professional, yet comfortable and calming environment for his patients. Incorporating the client’s impressive art collection and love for mid-century pieces into the space inspired our color scheme and finish selections.
To achieve a modern look porcelain-like concrete floor tiles were installed throughout. Classic translucent Moooi light fixtures adjacent from the open staircase fill the volume of the ceiling. The sleek electrical fireplace in the lobby paired with upholstered slipper chairs created sophistication in the waiting area. The client’s artwork was hung throughout creating a gallery-like atmosphere.
