Après Ski Mountain Home

Kirkwood, CA

This 5,000 square foot, ski-in ski-out home is intended to be our client’s home away from home, serving as a cozy, modern cabin for them to enjoy quality time with family, entertain guests and fully embrace ski season. The design goal of the space was to feel like the home belonged in the mountains by feeling warm, cozy, natural, and cabin-like while still feeling modern and beautiful. One of our favorite aspects of this project is the second-level entertaining area as it serves as the heart of the home. We adore that everyone can still mingle while being in different physical areas of the space.
